Regions of Washington

We started our study of Washington state by researching the climate, landforms, vegetation, and resources of the five regions of Washington. We created a visual display of our learning for each region. After sharing our learning we compared each region and decided which region would have been the "most liveable" during the 1800's. We thought the Coast and Western Lowlands would both be suitable. The Coast is where many Native American chose to live due to the favorable climate and plentiful resources.
